Neiman Marcus
Thursday, September 19th 10:30am-1:00pm

Stanley Marcus established the flagship store in downtown Dallas when the store's wealthier clientele represented the cotton aristocracy of East and North Central Texas. Later the oil-rich of East and West Texas added to Neiman's growing reputation regionally and nationally.  Neiman Marcus is a Texas institution with an international reputation and it all started in this location. The store’s physical presence—which helped establish its legendary reputation—is embracing a less formal, more inclusive visual presentation

For over 50 years, the Zodiac at Neiman Marcus in the Downtown Dallas location has been the place to dine in Dallas. Housed on the 6th floor of the flagship store, Stanley Marcus first conceived this restaurant as a convenience for out of town customers who were spending a full day shopping in the store. The Zodiac prides itself on creating the perfect menu and ambience in a chic and inviting atmosphere. A hot demi-tasse cup of chicken consume and popovers with strawberry butter are part of the experience.  Time after lunch is open for shopping or browsing. For more information or to make a reservation, please click here.

The excursion starts at 10:30 a.m. and returns at 1:00 p.m.  Neiman Marcus is a 7 minute walk from the hotel (5 blocks) and is also accessible by Uber and minibus.
